Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Gift cards
- Digital products or services
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@frizelonthphodar.world or call +1 (555) 123-4567 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Include the RA number with your return
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided with your RA number
- Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@frizelonthphodar.world and send your item to the address provided.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
